Pursuant to art. 5 Legislative Decree 185/1999, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a written communication within the deadline. If the withdrawal is due for defective or wrong goods, Linus Records assumes the burden of collection by agreeing with the buyer the date and the term, if the withdrawal is requested due to an error or simple reconsideration by the buyer, the cost of the return is at your expense. The article must be returned intact and without tampering or damage. We refund the customer the full amount paid.
Warranty
The products sold by Linus Records, in the HiFi and electronics categories, are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty. The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided in the manner illustrated in the documentation inside the product packaging. This guarantee is reserved for the private consumer (natural person who buys the goods) for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating the reference of the VAT number. For non-electronic products Linus Records guarantees for any manufacturing defects or goods that do not conform to the description, after verification with the buyer, we replace or refund the product.
